D. Brian Meadors

Brian Meadors joined MDK in 2012 and serves as the Executive Director of Accounting. He has more than 20 years of experience in leading the accounting and finance operations of companies. Prior to joining MDK, Brian was the Corporate Controller and Director of Financial Reporting for AirNet Systems, Inc., a transportation and logistics provider. Before working with AirNet, Brian held various accounting positions with a $5 billion restaurant and food services company, a multi-billion dollar banking and financial services company, and a Big Four accounting firm. He is also an active board member for several not-for-profit organizations. Brian obtained a B.S. in Accounting from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business and a Certified Public Accountant certificate from the State of Ohio.
