An Impressive Career and Vision for MDK

Brent previously served as General Counsel for Disney Vacation Club, an innovative growth business within the Disney Parks and Resorts segment. Prior to his role at Disney, Brent was a partner in private practice, specializing in complex business litigation, and also held the position of Associate General Counsel and Vice President at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide.

Brent earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance, along with his Juris Doctorate, from the University of Florida. His decades of combined business strategy, finance, and legal executive experience make him the ideal leader for MDK’s growth initiatives.

Brent will collaborate with MDK’s leadership team to enhance business operations and expand offerings in key practice areas, including timeshare and residential mortgage law.
