Zachariah L. Manchester

Zach Manchester, MDK’s Illinois Practice Group Director, is driven by the strategic facets of being a lawyer. "I love the strategy of being a lawyer. I love working with my team to strategize for our cases. I also love helping my team to achieve their goals and grow as professionals," he expresses.  

This dedication to strategy is at the core of Zach’s work, where his focus lies in efficiently navigating foreclosure cases through the Illinois court system. A member of the American Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association, Zach's professional journey at MDK started in 2013, and through his tenure from Attorney to Managing Attorney to Practice Group Director, he has contributed significantly to the firm's growth and success.

As Practice Group Director, Zach plays a dual role as a practicing attorney and a business manager. His days are a dynamic blend of legal work and business management, involving interactions with clients, judges, court staff, and internal stakeholders. Zach's greatest strengths lie in his commitment to helping others comprehend the intricacies of their work and his open willingness to address any questions posed by his team.

Known for his strategic mindset and problem-solving prowess, Zach's top priorities at MDK include maintaining the financial stability of our Illinois practice and fostering a collaborative team environment. Outside of the legal space, Zach's dedication extends to his family. He finds immense joy in watching his son engage in activities such as hockey, baseball, and playing the ukulele. Zach coaches his son's travel baseball team and volunteers at his school, embodying a commitment to both professional success and personal fulfillment.
