Cynthia David is a highly valued attorney in MDK’s timeshare practice. Her advice is sought by MDK’s clients to resolve some of their most complex matters involving foreclosure and bankruptcy.
Cynthia David is a senior attorney at the firm's Orlando office and practices in the area of timeshare foreclosure. Cynthia received her Bachelor of Arts in English, cum laude, through the honors program at Seton Hall University in 2007. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University College of Law in 2011. As a law student, Cynthia participated on the Moot Court team and served as Vice Justice of Phi Alpha Delta, Law Fraternity International. Cynthia served as a legal clerk for various law firms and participated in the Guardian Ad Litem clinic where she advocated for the best interests of children and their families.
Prior to joining MDK, Cynthia gained experience as a litigator and general counsel at a boutique law firm specializing in community association law. Cynthia’s civic involvement includes membership in the Virgil Hawkins Florida Chapter National Bar Association, including a leadership role on the Executive Board from 2015-2017 as the organization’s secretary. In addition, beginning with the 2021-2022 term, Cynthia served as President of the Teen Court Advisory Board and as a member of the Executive Board of the Teen Court Alternative, both located in Orange County.
