Jenna M. Rogers

Jenna Rogers is a Senior Attorney at MDK’s Chicago office. Jenna's expertise encompasses the entire spectrum of residential real estate, handling mortgage foreclosure files from initiation to completion. She is a litigation attorney with a sharp focus on creditors' rights, enabling her to adeptly manage default and contested files, as well as eviction portfolios and title issues.

Jenna's key to success lies in collaboration and problem-solving, particularly the opportunities to work closely with fellow MDK attorneys to craft successful strategies for challenging cases. Her journey to becoming an attorney was influenced by her father's footsteps as a title curative attorney, igniting her passion for the law.

Professional Involvement and Contributions

Jenna's involvement in the legal community extends beyond her practice. She collaborates with MDK’s client-facing group as the firm’s attorney representative, actively supporting residential mortgage clients in marketing and relationship management. Her commitment to advancing the legal profession is showcased through speaking engagements including the American Legal and Financial Network’s Foreclosure Intersect event on foreclosure, loss mitigation, and compliance issues, as well as contributions to MDK News Break on pertinent topics such as the CDC eviction moratorium.

Education and Formative Experience

Jenna earned her Juris Doctorate from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, during which she was selected for pivotal clerkships at the United States Pardon Attorney’s Office, the Cook County Public Defender’s Office, and the Washtenaw County Public Defender’s Office. These experiences provided her with a solid foundation, allowing her to prepare judicial proceedings, conduct extensive legal research, and draft orders and opinions.
