Brian T. Deas

Brian Deas, retired co-founder of MDK, played an instrumental role in our success. Brian co-founded the firm alongside Ted Manley in 2002, and his dedication, leadership, and kindness have left an indelible mark on the organization. Throughout his tenure, Brian devoted much of his time and expertise to spearheading MDK's innovative technology initiatives. His contributions were pivotal in the development of the firm’s proprietary technology platform Casee, automation and email filtering tools, and an online auction system.

A strong advocate for upholding legal and regulatory standards, Brian held the crucial role of MDK’s general counsel. He worked diligently with the compliance department and operational management, ensuring that the firm consistently met legal and regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions and cases. Brian’s ability to embrace both technology and refine business processes set a defining standard within his practice.
