Recently, the Jefferson County, Kentucky Recorder’s Office experienced a cyber attack that disrupted document processing, including Deeds, Assignments, Lis Pendens, and Release of Lis Pendens, as of July 22, 2024.
This issue only impacts recording needs with the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office and does not affect filings with the Circuit Clerk. The county has not yet provided an estimated timeframe for when recording services will resume. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these delays.
