MDK Announces Strategic Reorganization

True to MDK’s mission of creating uncommon paths to success for our clients and ourselves, we are excited to announce a strategic reorganization of our company, from a traditional hierarchy to an agile team-based structure. This new structure will align MDK’s resources to improve client service and enhance work life for Team MDK.  

“The pandemic gave us the opportunity to evolve how we work; as individuals and as an organization. It caused MDK to challenge the order of our core practice groups and find innovative ways to support the continued growth and efficiency of new practice groups and related companies,” said Ted Manley, co-principal and co-founder of MDK.  

Agile methodology has been adopted by many professional service industries to organize talent in streamlined and nimble ways. At MDK, multiple legal pods will provide a consistent and compliant legal product to our clients with standard operating procedures across the pods.  

The value of MDK’s legal expertise is multiplied by our professional service offerings and proprietary technologies, such as the MDK Client CoLab and Casee, our case management system. Both platforms provide unique dashboard views of each pod’s performance to ensure efficient progress on all legal matters entrusted to us internally and to our clients who use the CoLab.
