Bankruptcy Practice News

It is our pleasure to congratulate Ted Cahill, our long-time Bankruptcy Practice Group Director and the winner of multiple Rising Star Super Lawyers awards on his new role as the Assistant United States Trustee for the Columbus and Dayton courts in Region 9.  

On August 25th, Adam Hall assumed the role of MDK's Bankruptcy Practice Group Director. Based in our Columbus office, Adam has extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation, acquired throughout his tenure as a Senior Attorney, where he adeptly represented a multitude of banks and financial institutions. Please join us in congratulating both Ted Cahill and Adam Hall on their new roles!

After a remarkable 17-year journey with MDK, Matt Curry, our Ohio Practice Group Director, has bid farewell to our team. Matt has been an intrinsic part of the growth of the Ohio practice over the years. He is a mentor, confidant, leader and friend to many, and we wish Matt the very best in the next chapter of his career.

We are pleased to congratulate Richard J. Sykora as MDK’s new Ohio Practice Group Director. R.J. previously held the position of Senior Attorney at our Cleveland office, dedicating his tenure at MDK to specializing in foreclosure litigation and creditors' rights. On September 5, he assumed the role of Practice Group Director.
