At MDK, we create uncommon paths to success for both our clients and team. Team MDK is uncommonly intelligent, creative and committed; they make it possible for MDK to develop the often-unexpected solutions to our clients' business needs. It is with great excitement that we announce two additions to our Operations Management team- Brittany Kelly and Clark McCleskey!
Brittany Kelly
Please congratulate Brittany Kelly on her promotion to Operations Manager for the Sale department! Brittany explained that managing an operations department has been a career goal of hers and she’s excited to see that goal come to fruition. Over the past 6 years Brittany has worked in the Sale department as an Assistant Manager. Prior to her work in Sale, Brittany held a leadership role on our Second Shift team and also worked closely with clients for several years in the Client Services department.
Brittany has been an excellent leader of the team, and instrumental in implementing new processes and directives within the department. She enjoys the fast-paced nature of Sale and feels her team members are some of the hardest working people she knows. She is eager to continue to work with them and help them achieve their own career goals here at MDK!
Clark McCleskey
Congratulations to Clark McCleskey – our new Operations Manager for the Post Sale department! Clark has been with MDK for 11 years and has fulfilled many key roles with the Attorney Support department throughout that time. He has litigation experience supporting attorneys, implementing client directives, handling risk escalations, and working closely with IT to build and update internal processes for the team. Clark has most recently managed Attorney Support teams for the Indiana, Kentucky, and Florida regions.
Clark has enjoyed his experience with Commissioners & Sheriff offices and finds the Post Sale department to be intriguing in the way they facilitate confirmation and deed processes to fit so many different regional needs. He is looking forward to working with the team to see where we can develop processes to better timelines.
