On Sunday, Ohio joined Pennsylvania, Illinois and several other states by issuing a stay-at-home order directing most citizens to remain in their homes to stem the community spread of COVID-19. Each of the orders are slightly different, but all limit human mobility except for essential services. Legal servicers are considered essential services under an exception to each order. Nevertheless, MDK has taken measures to quickly move to remote work for the vast majority of our associates. A very small group of personnel will be onsite in our Columbus headquarters.
We continue to monitor closures and modifications from courts and county officials as they adapt to new restrictions and we will update as developments are made available to us. If you would like to be added to the distribution list, please reach out to mdkquarterly@manleydeas.com and we will ensure you receive the information.
The flexibility and support of our teams in these challenging times continues to inspire us. We are thankful for their dedication, and for the strong partnerships we have with all of you. Together we are stronger.
Stay Well,
Team MDK
